Dr. Ines is a senior health systems and pharmaceutical policy expert with extensive experience in national and international public health leadership. Currently serving as Principal Technical Specialist in Health at UNDP Tunisia, she previously held key positions at the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health, including Head of the International Cooperation Unit and Director of the Pharmacy and Medicines Unit. Her expertise spans health system strengthening, pharmaceutical regulation, and international health collaboration.

Dr. Ines holds a PharmD, a PhD in Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Sciences from the University of Liège, and an Executive MBA from the South Mediterranean University.
