I am a Professor of Public Health at Aix-Marseille University and a Medical Doctor by training. I hold an M.Sc. in Biostatistics from Marseille, an M.Sc. in Biological Sciences (specializing in the respiratory and cardiovascular system) from Paris, an M.Sc. in Pharmacology from Marseille, and a Ph.D. in Economic Sciences from Lyon. In 2022, I completed postgraduate studies in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Transformation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA.
With over 30 years of experience as a global pharmaceutical expert, I specialize in Pricing, Reimbursement, Market Access, Health Economics, Clinical Development, and Risk Management. After 13 years of working in life sciences consulting, I founded InovIntell with the goal of enhancing consulting services through AI-driven capabilities and digital expertise, combined with a deep understanding of life sciences research.
From 2008 to 2022, I was the Founder and CEO of Creativ-Ceutical, an international consulting firm dedicated to supporting health industries and authorities in strategic decision-making. Since 2009, I have been a Professor at Lyon I University in the Department of Decision Sciences and Health Policies and the Director of the Chair of Public Health and Market Access. I initiated and founded the first European University Diploma in Market Access (EMAUD), now IMAUD (International Market Access Upper Degree), a five-week international course. Additionally, I established and currently preside over the Market Access Society, which promotes research and scientific activities in market access, public health, and health economic assessment.
I am also the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Market Access and Health Policy (JMAHP) and serve as a Visiting Professor at Beijing University (Third Hospital). Previously, from 2003 to 2008, I was the Global Vice President at Lundbeck A/S. Throughout my career, I have authored or co-authored more than 400 scientific publications and communications, as well as 13 medical and scientific books.
